Springstep DairySpringstep Dairy have the largest dairy goat herd in East Anglia. The farm has a fully operational dairy and cheesery and has a high priority for maintaining the environment and ecology surrounding the farm.
Springstep Dairy supply milk to the Ipswich and Colchester branches of the Co-op and also sell milk, cheese and cream at a variety of farmers' markets all over Essex. The farm produces milk with many different percentages of butterfat, cheeses of many different varieties, double cream, yoghurt and ice cream of many different flavours.
